Summer RezNet

How do I get access?

In order to access RezNet, you need a Temporary Guest ID (a university provided username and password). Guests staying in residence at Western may obtain a Temporary Guest ID from the front desk.

To receive a Temporary Guest ID you will be required to fill out a Temporary Guest ID form provided at the front desk. Guests may use this account to gain access to: the wired and wireless internet service in the residence rooms, the Ontario Hall Business Centre, wireless all over campus, and any general computing labs on campus.

Where can I get access?

  • In your residence room using an Ethernet cable
  • Western wireless anywhere that there is coverage: To find out more about coverage visit http://wireless.uwo.ca/coverage.html
  • Minilabs located in every residence: Ask front desk for location within building
  • General Computing labs: To find out more about locations visit
